Blacksmith Workshop - Lindermayr

The blackmith workshop worked for the collegial church of Spital over 500 years ago and from 1808 onwards for a period of 150 years the factory was used as tool smith for waggoners, wood-cutters and farmers.

During the renovation of the cathedral in the baroque period, Andreas Ferdinand Lindermayr crafted the magnificent and widely-known lattice work in the so-called "Pyhrn Cathedral" from 1728 to 1734.

A9 direction Graz - exit Spital am Pyhrn - center or from Krichdorf on the B138 towards Spital Pyhrn - Center for the municipal office on the left - after 50m on right side
by public transport:
ÖBB-Postbus (Route 911) or Postbus (Route 430) to bus stop Spital am Pyhrn Hauptplatz (main square) – walking time about 1 min.
