Cable Cars Wurzeralm

Europe’s fastest cable car rapidly takes you up to 1.400 m above sea level. There, the CircularHikingTrail "2 millionen years in 2 hours" leads you around the largest high alpine moor of the Eastern Limestone Alps.
Walk along the theme path and enjoy the multitude of local flora on the way to the idyllic Brunnensteiner Lake. The Frauenkarbahn chair lift takes you to the high alpine circular hiking trail through fascinating alpine flora, situated at about 1.800 m above sea level.

The Wurzeralm is starting point for easy and demanding mountain tours.

Anreise" How to get there:
by car:
from Windischgarsten along the B138 towards Liezen (Styria) before you reach the Pyhrn Pass, on the right hand side, or along the A9 Pyhrn-Highway to Exit Spital am Pyhrn, continue along B138 as above.
by public transport:
by ÖBB-Postbus (Route 911) to bus stop Wurzeralmseilbahn Talstation (Wurzeralm Cable Car Bottom Station).

ich habe schon einige jahe die Pyhrn-Priel-Card und freue mich jedes Jahr aufs Neue, dieses schöne Wander- und Berggebiet zu besuchen. Ob man nur den Rundweg oder die Stubwiesalm oder den Stubwieswipfel oder gar das Warscheneck besucht. Es ist immer wieder ein Erlebnis. Ich bin 70 Jahre und besuche auch im Winter dieses schöne Schigebiet und fahre noch mit Begeisterung auf den schönen Hängen.
