From the Rohrauerhaus in Spital am Pyhrn trail nr. 618 leads as already described to the Hofalm saddle and mountain hut, continue via nr. 618 (road) down into the Finster valley leading into a private road marked with nr. 618 up past the Sonnleithner gravel pit into the Holzeralm pasture and via an alpine meadow and mountain edge up to the Gowilalm pasture & mountain hut.

A very rewarding hiking route with stunning panoramic views.
