Hinterstoder: Kreidelucke

In front of the municipal office of Hinterstoder turn right along the road passing the Jutel youth hostel. Cross over the bridge and take the gravel road to your right after a small house (signpost Flötzersteig). Continue along meadows and the river Steyr, later through a forest, pass a mill and the Pension Prielkreuz (one of the oldest pensions in the valley, holiday residence of E. T. Compton) to the bridge the Poppenberg. Continue straight along a beautiful trail to a crossing (signpost Rubbel-Station). Turn left uphills over a small path to get to the entrance of the Kreidelucke caves in about 5 min.(guided tours available).
Return the same way.
