From the municipal office of Hinterstoder direction Steyr river, via the bridge, then turn left and walk along the edge of meadows and later along a gravel road to Villa Huem. From here you have two choices: either via the cross country trail bridge, over the sports field and over another trail bridge and meadow – the more comfortable route – or you take the slightly more strenous but worthwile route uphill to the resting benches and down again to the edge of the forest where both paths meet again. Continue further along the old tennis court to the Polsterlucken road (bicycle route), cross over and continue along the newly laid path next to the rivers Steyr and Krumme Steyr, pass little ponds on the way to the Schiederweiher pond, with stunning views to the Spitzmauer and Gr. Priel mountains, reflecting in the clear waters of the pond. There are several resting benches along the pond. Return the same way or via the forest gravel road.
